Parker MiniButtweld Fittings
Parker UHP MiniButtweld? fittings are designed to be used in Ultra-High Purity systems and applications where superior material, surface finish, and a leak-free design are required. These fittings are highly compact when compared to Automatic Buttweld or similar fitting types and are fully compatible with industry-standard orbital weld equipment. Parker's unique machining and surface finish enhancement processes prevent outgassing and inhibit corrosion.

- Components permanently marked with designator PE on the cube have controlled surface finishes to meet the requirements of ultra-high purity systems

MiniButtweld? Fittings - Specifications
Pressure Ratings will be governed by the tubing selected for a particular application. Working Pressures are calculated below for tubing using maximum allowable stress levels in accordance with ASME/ANSI B31.3, at ambient temperature.
Internal Surface Finishes: Standard finish MiniButtweld? fittings have an internal Surface Roughness of 15 μinch Ra. PE MiniButtweld fittings have an internal Surface Roughness of 5 μinch Ra.
Cleaning and Packaging: Ultra-High Purity cleaning and packaging in a Class 100 Clean Room environment, is standard for all components. Consult your local Parker Distributor or the factory for more information.
