CAST-X-Circulation-Heaters
With CAST-X Circulation Heaters, heated media is isolated in a stainless-steel flow-tube, never contacting the heating elements or any other part of the heater. CAST-X Heaters can heat flammable liquids & gases, including aerospace fuels, hydrocarbons, and LNG, even under high-pressure or cryogenic conditions. Plus, due to the ultra-clean SST flow-tube, Cast-X is preferred by pharma, medical, food, and laboratory uses.
The High Temp version of CAST-X can heat liquids & gases to 1110F / 600C!
Power ranges from 1 to 60 kW. Flow-tubes are available in 6 sizes, from to 1.

Explosion-proof (XP) certified terminal enclosures are available, including Class 1, Divs. 1 & 2 for Hazardous Locations. The CAST-X 2500 is available with single or dual SST flow-tubes, which can be run in-series, in parallel, or in single-tube formats. This versatility is matched by a range of thermostat, temperature sensor, and auto shutoff temperature control options. CAST-X 2500 is suitable for many natural gas heating & vaporization processes, high-pressure cryogenic vaporization applications, pharmaceutical mixing & processing applications, and critical chemical & gas warming processes.
