ASCO? Series L257 general purpose valves are designed to control water, air, inert gases, steam, and non-aggressive fluids. These valves can be used for a wide range of industrial applications. These valves are available in 2/2 or 3/2 normally closed, open, or universal service versions plus proportional control and latching versions.
 


Series L257 General Purpose Solenoid Valve Features:

  • Direct-acting solenoid valve.
  • Suitable for vacuum at port "P" (PA - PP = max 1 bar)
  • Suitable to shut off liquid and gaseous fluids
  • Suitable for low pressure steam and applications in sterilizing autoclaves



Series L257 General Purpose Solenoid Valve Specifications:

  • Body Material:  PPS (Polyphenilsulfure) fiberglass reinforced
  • Valve Actuation:  Solenoid - Direct Acting
  • Function:  2 way - 2/2 Normally Open
  • Maximum allowable pressure (PS):  10 bar
  • Fluid temperature:  0°C +130°C
  • Max viscosity:  5°E (~37 cStokes or mm2/s)
  • Sealing:  FPM
