The Numatics Series NRL is a generation of linear, static locking devices that achieve new levels of performance. The spring-engaged, air-released devices supplement air cylinders and guide rods for holding in power-off/e-stop situations. High clamping forces ensure positive holding with minimal air required for release. Holding forces can be increased by stacking multiple rod locks together. The NRL Series design is sealed for use in harsh environments and features a natural brushed aluminum finish or a corrosion-resistant, black anodized finish. It can be used with Emerson's Numatics NFPA and ISO interchangeable cylinder lines.
