The PATLITE CLA-02 is a rugged LED light bar engineered for use in demanding industrial, food-processing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and clean-room environments. Built with a durable polycarbonate housing and sealed to IP66 / IP67 / IP69K standards, it resists dust, water, high-pressure washdowns, and chemical exposure - making it ideal for hygienic areas and wash-down zones. Operating at 24 V DC, the CLA-02 delivers bright, uniform daylight-white illumination (≈ 6500 K), with broad, even light distribution that enhances visibility while reducing glare and shadows. It ships pre-assembled and pre-wired, with versatile mounting options (snap-in screw or magnetic brackets, side mounts, etc.) and supports installation in any orientation - perfect for control panels, equipment enclosures, workstations, and tight spaces. With an expected LED lifespan of around 40,000 hours, CLA-02 provides a low-maintenance, energy-efficient lighting solution that meets the rigorous demands of industrial automation, sanitary production, and clean-room operations.

    Available with two lens options—standard and spot. The standard lens provides broad illumination inside equipment, while the spot lens delivers focused lighting on specific areas. With Ra80 color rendering, it produces natural, bright light for both the workpiece and surrounding environment.

    Rated IP66/67 with additional oil-resistance (Grade G). Grade G ensures no oil droplets or mist can penetrate from any direction.

    Oil Resistance Test: Tested in-house for oil resistance

    Beyond IP tests, we run proprietary oil-resistance testing. Units are immersed in water-soluble oil for 240 hours (10 days) to confirm durability and maintain product quality standards.
