• Induction-hardened, high-strength alloy steel rack and pinion design offers balanced geometry for maximum gear life
• Pre-lubricated, sealed ball bearings prevent contamination and are sized to accept high loads and retain smooth, maintenance-free operation
• 1/4-28 tapped hole for future installation of optional grease fitting
• Hardcoat-anodized profile tube features an extreme hardness rating (60 RC) for excellent wear and corrosion resistance and produces a low coefficient of friction
• Standard magnet groove on solid aluminum alloy piston for easy field conversion for position sensing
• Self-lubricating, carboxylated nitrile piston seal with PTFE compound for durable, smooth operation
